Extended Day Program
Thank you for considering enrolling your Middle School child in the Extended Day Program
at Baltimore Lutheran School. Your child will receive a snack, homework assistance and recreational
opportunities in a fun, safe environment. Enrolling your child and opening an account will help you
to avoid drop-in rates on those days you are running behind and give you the opportunity to take
advantage of the program on the days you choose.
Here is what you need to do:
- Fill out the Enrollment Form.
- Decide how many days for which you would like to pre-pay. Each day costs $6 or $12 depending
on how long your child attends. $60 is a good amount to start.
- Write a check out to Baltimore Lutheran School for the amount you've chosen. Please indicate
EDP in the memo.
- Bring the completed form and your check to the middle school office.
You will receive an EDP handbook and have a chance to meet the program leader when you sign out your
child from his or first day at the EDP which is located in portable 12 to the far left of the main building.
